Three Oaks  Bed and Breakfast

Policies

§ Children:

We love to accommodate well-behaved children of all ages. We offer babysitting services on special request which is not included in the room rate. Please inquire.

§ Pets:

Guests may bring well-behaved dogs for an additional fee. Please inquire by email or telephone.

Dogs must be non-destructive and house-trained

Dogs must be leashed on outdoors premises

Walk dogs in designated dog-walk area only

Bring your pet's bed - our beds and furniture are for humans only!

§ Smoking:

We are a strictly non-smoking house. Smoking is allowed outside & away from the house.
